Растворяем в воде сахар и соль.
Добавляем рисовую муку, перемешиваем венчиком до однородности. Добавляем кокосовое масло — масса сразу станет более гладкой.
Добавляем семена льна, кунжут и семечки подсолнечника. Вымешиваем, чтобы все семечки распределились равномерно.
Укладываем массу на пергамент.
Накрываем еще одним листом пергамента и раскатываем в пласт толщиной 5-6 мм.
Снимаем верхний пергамент, нарезаем небольшими прямоугольниками и выпекаем в разогретой до 160°С духовке 20-25 минут.
Очень важно контролировать процесс выпекания, так как семечка подсолнечника может пригореть. Выше 160 градусов лучше не поднимать.

Поконфитюрим? Возьмите клубнику, добавьте к ней немного чая каркаде, а после — малину. Ммм. Все, что останется — закатайте в банки!

Торт «Фрезье» во Франции принято готовить на день рождения. Но я считаю, что устроить себе праздник можно в любой день! Классическую рецептуру «Фрезье» я немного изменила – сделала торт менее жирным. Ну а в остальном десерт – такой же нежный и тает во рту. И, конечно, с любимой.
